EPL: Man United blocks Real Madrid star from joining Chelsea, offer £100m

Manchester United have blocked Chelsea from signing Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, and have tabled £100m for the Welsh international, according to OK Diario, Director Eduardo Inda.

According to Inda, Manchester United will try to stop Gareth Bale from joining Chelsea.
Bale has been recently linked with moves to both Manchester United and Chelsea.
Bale was wanted by United manager, Jose Mourinho back in the summer but ultimately stayed to fill the void left by Cristiano Ronaldo’s exit to Juventus.
The Spanish giants have, however, seen the former Tottenham star struggle again this season.
It was last week claimed the La Liga giants were ready to offer him to Chelsea as part of a deal to lure Eden Hazard to the Bernabeu.
But Inda claimed that United would try to stop any possible transfer to Stamford Bridge.
He also told OK Diario that United have made a bid of £100million for the 29-year-old.
He added, “The costumes of Real Madrid are p***** off, not the next of the following with ’11.
“They are fed up with Bale and there is a slim chance that they will trade with Hazard in the winter market.”
